Protect and transform your property with our proven coating systems. Free quotes, expert installation.
Prevent & protect
ProPERLA Facade Coating is an invisible coating which eliminates the appearance of dirt building up from weathered and polluted environments.
Invisible Insulation
Reduces heat loss and prevents condensation at all times of year.
UV Stable Finish
Colour stability and a finish that will not fade or become brittle over time.
Self-Cleaning
Dirt and grime simply washes off with rainfall, keeping facades pristine.
One Day Application
No stripping out - the specialist textured coating can be applied to any substrate in just one day.
200+ Colour Effects
Refreshing effects of weather resistant building work that lasts many years.
Aggregate Lock
Locks in place existing aggregate or pebbles, reducing the risk of movement.
Fully breathable
Water is one of the most destructive forces on earth. ProPERLA Facade Coating is a unique blend of chemicals and resins which form a super-hydrophobic protective barrier over your existing substrate, whilst maintaining vapour diffusion.
Unlike surface coatings which create a membrane, ProPERLA Facade Coating is breathable and flexible, working in harmony with the existing substrate. This flexibility helps maintain integrity whilst allowing for the movement inherent in such surfaces.

Proven performance

ProPERLA Facade Coating has undergone extensive testing by the BBA (British Board of Agrement) and has been awarded with the following credentials:
BBA Certificate
Graded based on proven durability
Waterproofing
Fully repels water and protects masonry
Breathability
Allows walls to breathe normally
Cleanability
Dirt and grime washes off with rainfall
Reduces U-Value
Improved thermal performance and savings on bills

Dining room reclaimed by QES
This case study was taken from ProPERLA UK Ltd. Find more at properla.co.uk/case-studies.
"Here are some great property transformations completed by Approved Installer QES using ProPERLA products. When QES were asked by Mr & Mrs Birkett if they could help give them back their dining room, QES were more than happy to help.
For many years the property was suffering from discolouration; the homeowners' dining room was extremely cold due to water ingress on the exterior wall, leading to significant heat loss and damp issues.
Kris and the team at QES applied ProPERLA Façade Coating to prevent water ingress. The super hydrophobic technology creates a water repellent surface on exterior walls. By keeping exterior walls dry, ProPERLA has been shown to keep treated surfaces 6°C warmer on average when compared to untreated surfaces.
After ProPERLA Facade Coating was applied, heat loss from the wet walls was dramatically reduced, helping to maintain a warmer temperature in the dining room.
"ProPERLA has made a huge difference. After 20 years of not using our dining room due to it being cold, we are dining in there." - Mrs Birkett
As well as improved heat retention, the property was given a beautiful new exterior coating. A big congratulations to the team at QES for such fantastic feedback.

Stay dry & warm
When applied, the exterior wall coating creates a super hydrophobic waterproof surface that repels water, causing it to bead and run off. Independent tests confirm the product meets the British standard for water vapour resistance BS EN ISO 7783:2011, reducing water absorption by 93.4%.
UKAS accredited tests demonstrated that by reducing water absorption, the wall coating leads to thermal performance benefits and has proven to meet EAD 040083-00-0404.
Testing in a hygrothermal chamber showed that a wall treated with ProPERLA and subjected to repeated heat-rain conditions (EAD 090082-00-0404) had reduced heat loss compared with an uncoated wall - with the uncoated wall showing an average of 6°C more heat loss than walls coated with ProPERLA.
ProPERLA Exterior Facade Coating improves thermal efficiency and contributes to lower energy consumption and bills by keeping walls dry. Damp walls allow heat to transfer from the inside out twice as quickly as when walls remain dry.
